IMPORTANT SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE — READ BEFORE USE

1. Assumption of Risk Mechanical equipment, specialized hardware, high-friction components, and precision tools are inherently dangerous when operated, maintained, or used improperly. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree that you assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, disability, or death resulting from the maintenance, operation, application, or misuse of your equipment, hardware, devices, or this product.

2. Limitation of Liability & Release Under no circumstances shall MacDaddy Fabrications be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, improper application, storage, or failure of this product, or any mechanical device, equipment, tool, hardware, or surface on which it is applied. You hereby release and hold harmless MacDaddy Fabrications from any and all claims, liabilities, or financial losses.

3. Proper Application & Compatibility

  • Safe & Disarmed Equipment: Always ensure all machinery, equipment, tools, and devices are completely powered down, safe, unloaded, de-energized, and cleared of all active mechanisms prior to cleaning, lubricating, or applying solvents.

  • OEM Guidelines: Always follow your equipment manufacturer's original cleaning, disassembly, and maintenance instructions. Over-lubrication, applying grease to restricted internal channels, or using improper chemical maintenance products can cause mechanical malfunctions, operational failure, or unsafe operating conditions.

  • Material Compatibility: Test a small amount on a non-critical surface to verify finish compatibility. MacDaddy Fabrications is not liable for cosmetic wear, discoloration, or finish damage to equipment surfaces, coatings, or accessories.

4. Non-Consumption & General Safety While this product is formulated using food-grade and non-toxic base ingredients, it is NOT intended for human or animal consumption. Do not ingest, swallow, or apply to food contact surfaces or utensils. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

5. "As Is" Sale & Warranty Disclaimer This product is sold "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
