SHIPPING POLICY

1. Ground Shipping Only (Hazardous Materials Restrictions)

Due to federal transportation regulations regarding chemical liquids, oils, and solvents, all orders containing maintenance chemicals must be shipped via Ground Transportation (USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground).

  • No Air or Express Shipping: We cannot offer 2-Day Air, Overnight, or expedited air freight options for orders containing restricted liquids or solvents.

  • Continental US Only: We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We cannot ship chemicals or solvents to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses due to air transit restrictions.

2. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Tracking numbers will be generated and emailed automatically as soon as your order has been packaged and handed to the carrier.

3. Leak-Proof & Secure Packaging

All chemical products, greases, and solvents are inspected, sealed, and packed in heavy-duty leak-proof packaging prior to leaving our facility.

4. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing your purchase. Because hazardous/ground shipments have strict chain-of-custody rules, packages cannot be rerouted or redirected while in transit once tendered to the carrier.

5. Weather & Extreme Temperature Notice

Extreme cold or heat during transit can occasionally affect liquid viscosity temporarily. If your package arrives during extreme temperatures, allow product containers to reach room temperature (65F-75F) before opening or applying to equipment.

6. Damaged or Leaking Packages in Transit

If your shipping carrier delivers a package with visible exterior liquid leaks or severe damage, take photos of the box before opening it and contact support within 48 hours. Do not attempt to mail damaged chemical packaging back to us.
